Disabled Facilities

Luton airport has been designed with the disabled passenger in mind. The following list indicates the facilities a disabled passenger will be provided with when visiting Luton Airport.

• For the hard of hearing there are induction loops for passengers with a T connection on their hearing aid.
• Specially adapted payphones for wheelchair users.
• Special needs assistance such as porters are available when telephones are used marked with the relevant sign.
• Assistance is provided for those passengers who have difficulty boarding the aircraft.
• Free wheelchair assistance is available.
• Disabled toilets are located at several points in the terminal.
